Analysis

Sita Movie Review, Rating, Story, Cast and Crew

Sita has strong characterizations which impress the audience thoroughly. Kajal and Sonu Sood pack a punch with their performances and Bellamkonda Sreenivas looks simple, subtle in the role of Raghu Ram. With some grand production values, Sita first half has been laced with entertainment, emotion and a dose of melodrama. On the whole, the first half of Sita look decent but not so engaging.

The crucial second half looks dragged and will test the patience of the audience. Most of the episodes are repeated which irritates the audience. The narration looks predictable and the huge dose of melodrama is the worrying factor of the film. The second half of Sita fails to live up the expectations and disappoints in all the available ways. The second half of Sita is a huge letdown.

Performance

Bellamkonda Sreenivas is one actor who thrills the masses with his dance moves and action stunts. Unfortunately, they go missing in Sita which will not be digestible by the audience. Kajal Aggarwal carried the entire film on her shoulders and makes a decent watch. Her role is tipped with a glamorous touch which appeals to masses. Sonu Sood is the other highlight of Sita and he shines in the powerfully written role. Mannara Chopra looks bubbly and she has been supportive enough in the role. All the other actors looked apt and did with perfection.

The story of Sita has nothing much interesting and exciting. The screenplay looks clumsy and the dialogues have been decent. The music, background score have been good and the cinematography work is a treat. The production values look grand and the editing should have been better. Teja steps out with one more weird film that makes no impact at the Tollywood box-office.

Final Word

Kajal's striking performance alone cannot save Sita which a predictable and boring feast. Teja disappoints the audience big time.
