The master blaster Sachin Tendulkar is planning to purchase a luxury waterfront villa in Kerala - 'God's own country.' Sources reveal that one of the villas was shortlisted by the Crickicon, who is the co-owner of Kerala Blasters, a soccer team. It is said that the villa rounded up by Sachin is being constructed on the bank of a scenic backwater area in Kochi.
The private developer Prime Meridian official said, "Tendulkar has shortlisted a villa in Panangad in the city. He will be visiting the place to see the 'Blue Waters Villa' on Saturday.”

However, there is no news on whether the master blaster and the Rajya Sabha MP has already booked the selected villa that reportedly features several luxuries besides the water body.

The Official who spoke about the villa said that the villa features two swimming pools, one on the apartment’s rooftop, while the second one is an infinity pool in the waterfront of the project. Other features include a CCTV camera inside the project with high resolution and recording facility. It can be viewed from the security cabin. So as to communicate with visitors, a video phone will be made available. 24x7 security would be made available with intercom facility for the purpose of communication with each villa. All the details were revealed by the officer.

On Saturday, Tendulkar will attend the International Advertising Association’s (India chapter) last day of three-day summit, which was organized as a part of its silver jubilee celebrations.
