Superstar Rajinikanth has been working without breaks and he wrapped up the shoot of 2.0 and Kaala which will release this year. With huge delay in the post-production of 2.0, the release date of Kaala has been advanced. The film will now hit the screens on April 27th and is directed by PA Ranjith. The post-production work of the film is currently in final stages. Nana Patekar, Eshwari Rao, Huma Quresh and Samuthirakani will be seen in other interesting roles.

The satellite rights of Kaala have been sold out recently and they have been sold for Rs 75 crores. Star TV acquired the rights for a record price and the rights include the satellite deal for Tamil, Telugu and Hindi languages. Rajinikanth plays a gangster in this action thriller and Santosh Narayanan is the music composer. Rajinikanth’s son-in-law Dhanush bankrolled Kaala on Wunderbar Films banner. Lyca Productions is releasing Kaala in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi on April 27th all over.
