Easy digestible Coconut Sandwich recipe

You may call this coconut sandwich a rescuer, as it is healthier and helps you in losing weight. This quick recipe is really health, offering lots of benefits of coconut. You kids will apparently love with the delicious Coconut Sandwich. Check out the recipe.

Ingredients to prepare :

4 slices of bread

Tbsp of hung curd

Grated fresh coconut

Green chilies

Small cup of Oil.

Ginger - green chili paste slat

Chili powder

For Tempering :

1/2 tbsp of oil

3 to 4 curry leaves.

1/4 tsp mustard seeds.

Method to Prepare :

1) Take a bowl and mix hung curd, grated coconut, green chilli, ginger chilli paste, salt and red chilli powder.

2) Heat 1/2 tsp of oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and after few seconds add curry leaves and fry it. After few minutes switch off the flame. Mix this with the hung curd mix.

Serving :

1) Take a slice of bread and spread some coconut mix on it. Cover with the other slice. Repeat the process with next sandwich.

2) Heat a non stick pan, put little oil on it and cook the sandwiches till it turn crisp on both the sides.

3) lastly, you can cut them into rectangular shapes if needed.

4) Serve with tomato sauce.
